About me

I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2018 and specialise in talking therapy and counselling for self-esteem, anxiety and adjustment to major life transitions (particularly health concerns).

Using the skills and care I have built up over my experience, and the knowledge and strength you already have, we can work together to find new ways of coping with the challenges you face.
